this is the smile that
my mum always apply to me.
for every hard feeling,
when i saw it, i will alright.

sorry, for no time to
accompany and beside you recently...

to show that my change recently...
i put a smile in my face
but really doesn't look so happy...
anyway changing line is happen.
working environment change.
just not a dream, so have to face it...

take it easy, no matter how difficult
the in front road will be.
i will try my best...

after sometime, i believe
i make some friends restore back

make me smile, for every time
i play with them.

we work together, OT together
for almost 3 years...

and this March, ey was move
to Singapore for his design career...

this week, i feature mark beau.
a writer cum English teacher
that i believe he is more creative
than a lot of designer or artist.

i wanted to describe him
in a bit gorgeous & intellectual...
but end up he comment that
he look like Michael Jackson...
hahaha...

i offer to did a smile portrait
for one of my best friend- chee peng
he glad but requested to
draw his smile portrait - five people in one...

it was a bit grief, but it also
show that he still keep his wife
in the bottom of heart...

hope my drawing can reduce the hidden blues..
bring real happiness to his family again.

good to have a best friend,
we know each other since we born,
hahahaha.

some more we understand each other
very well, although we are totally
different characteristic...

poh eng was a hair stylist,
helping me take care my
hair style, and i glad to
met him monthly in his salon...

sometime is good to communicate
with them, without any generation's gap.

sometime, when i wrote a song
or i did my comic script..
i will concern of them or
use them as model for my inspiration...

here to bring up a naive
and childlike smile for him,
beside the strategic smile
that alway apply on his face...

and i realized some guy friend
when come to so close..
the way we communicate will
turn become like "primary school"
that time of childish, hahaha.

i redraw the same portrait again ..
and realized my father's was pass away
already 25 years...

in this portrait, he look aged...
i like his smile, very congenial,
which is angel's smile to me.
and also a light to me as well..

this is yen. i called him - 阿生 as well,
my best friend during my college time.
now, he was working in Shanghai.
although we already 10 years not met
each other. but the best friend, still
can't replace by anyhow,
and time will file...

cally & alan portrait

she is cally, my elder sister.
7 years elder than me,
since my father pass away when i am so young.
she replace it for taking care on me
without limit helping me along the way.

alan is her husband, was a good family man
that i respect on what he contribute to his family.
also treat me as good as my sister take care on me.

asking myself:
1) why i want to draw?
2) why i like to create art?
....It's hard to answer.

when i realized that i got a "heart"
that can feel & understand surrounding
even other people....

i foresee the answer of the
two question...

kon & yang yang caricature

wah.... this caricature told me long time
to work out. maybe recently too busy
on my job, anyway, finally its done.

copy cat the composition from gorillaz.
me & my nephew - yang yang & his
favorite toy - sporty bear.

is fun especially when job is rush.
still can squirt out some time to draw...
